Excellent. Everyone is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Also timely, which I find becomes less of a patient’s respect in today’s world. Dr. Starch is very friendly, down to earth, and explains everything completely and easy to understand. It is said, only a person who has in-depth knowledge can explain clearly in few words.

My appointment started promptly, and the wound was attended to. The PA who handled the checkup answered my questions and reviewed the next steps in the recovery. She also initiated the setting up of the out patient rehab program to follow the Home Health process.

Made room in their schedule (not the first time either) to provide care after an accident, THE SAME DAY! The check-in process is easy, like most practices these days. Staff, PAs, & physicians are professional & provide care as needed for your needs. Thanks Y’all!
